Free Tests & Services for Cebuanos

Hi-Precision Diagnostic Laboratory in Cebu was giving back FREE Services for the whole year as part of their 10th year celebration which are available on a first come, first served basis but they usually accommodate up to 200 patients..  Free Tests and Services varies each month and will last until December 2010.
